To rent

I am happy to answer your questions about what is presented on this website. You might also be looking for something else in the areas where I work, please let me know, and I will try to assist you.

In order to make a booking, you need to mail me

- your full name, address, phone number and email address

- number of people, their names and if adults or children (and age of children)

- exact dates or arrival and departure

- if you wish to tell me the purpose of your trip, this is always interesting - and sometimes

useful

I will then mail you a proposed contract.

You will be asked to pay a 1/3 non-refundable deposit in order to secure your booking. 2 months prior to arriving, you are expected to pay the full rent.

You can pay either to the bank account of Via Nicoline or via Pay Pal invoice. The currency used is normally that of the country that you are renting in.

Once the payment is made, I will email detailed information on yur rental.

We will agree how you shall receive keys.. So I will need to know when and how you arrive, and possibly your whereabouts before coming.

Once all arrangements are made,, you should be in contact primarily with the owner directly. But of course I am still there to assist, if need be.

Included in the rent is normally heating, final cleaning and linen - no extras!
