Welcome to Via Nicoline - and the homes we offer you Via Nicoline is expanding and has now around 50 apartments in Stockholm and a few houses just outside the city. They are of high quality and with excellent locations. All are permanent homes – places that are loved by their owners who let their place when away. We personally know all homes we let, so you can expect all info to be correct, no hidden charges or bad surprises. (After a rental we will ask for feed-back). Our aim is for you to have a nice surprise, not a bad one! Having done around 800 rentals so far, we have experienced all-in-all 6 minor complaints – and many, many happy guests (see Testimonials). Our method of working is “old-fashioned”: we are proud to offer you personalized services. There is no automated booking systems, no calendar, no form to fill in. Each request is looked at individually. There is a real person, who will answer your questions, normally Gisela or Nicoline. You can ask about a specific home and desired dates or give us your wishes and needs. We will do our best to assist you in choosing the best place for you. This process takes longer than on websites with automated systems where you just click your way t and make an immediate payment. We work a lot more with each booking. Overall, though, the quality that this gives is worth while. First of all, Via Nicoline has a very good reputation among Stockholm home owners – they trust us to find good guests . So our site attracts the most interesting apartments. Equally important; our guests are very happy to know that all their questions are being attended to. This, small-scale method of operation creates rentals, but also lots of interesting social interaction. We always try get to know the client a bit – and, yes, it makes the work so much more interesting…….. We are a small company, Nicoline started 2007 by letting her own home in Stockholm where she was born and have lived most of her life, She quickly was overbooked and started asking friends if they wanted to let out. The rumour spread and the company was created. One of those friends, Gisela Bornebusch, joined, first with her apartment and in 2011 by working with and for Via Nicoline.
